Sweet Josie is safe & loved

Senior Sweet Josie came to the rescue after she was no longer found useful as a hunting dog. Like many hunting dogs, she lived in rabbit cage her whole life and did not receive proper vet care. Her video is hard to watch but her story has a happy ending as this 2 lb mass that she has been dragging around was as soon as she entered the rescue. She is recovering nicely from surgery and will be prancing around lighter on her feet in no time! We are sending the mass off to biopsied so keep your paws crossed for favorable result.
